“The room is smaller than in the photos and rooms are more run down. WiFi never worked during our stay and we did not receive the complimentary cocktail and snack upon arrival as promised. Staff wasn't great but they did fix the broken shower head the day before we left. It was fine but not as great as we hoped for. Would've been 2 stars if they didn't fix the shower head. ”

“This property is not at all as it appears on Expedia. While the Front Office Manager was lovely, the property is very dated and tired looking. When we walked into our room we were overwhelmed by the smell of mildew such that we could not stay. We left the key on the counter and searched for another property. When we told the Front Office Manager we did not stay she did offer to move us to another room but given the property was not at all what we expected we declined. While the staff must...

“The rooms were sparsely stocked. No cups and blankets. It did not look like the pictures. It was dark. But clean! The shower broke around 8pm and maintenance came right away. Check-in lady was nice but made me feel like at warned child. Neat place! New experience!”

“Room was dirty. Had to keep one of the bathroom windows open entire stay due to a rotting smell.”
