I highly recommend the Siesta Motel! We were incredibly impressed with their flexibility regarding our changing schedule, and their communication via text was very kind and amenable. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very well-kept, and showed excellent attention to detail. They truly make you feel like a close friend is staying, rather than just a transient visitor. We booked a cozy (aka small) room for the night of June 5. For our needs it was just right. The check-in was perfect and I loved that part of my phone number was the room code. Very convenient. Ultimately I left behind an item. It was after 5pm that I realized what I had done. The front office was super helpful and even checked a place or two places while we were speaking. It took a little longer to find what I had left behind, but it was found. The motel was very nice, but honestly I think I would recommend them on staff alone!! As we have family in Durango, chances are very good that we'll stay at the Siesta Motel again.
