โWe recently stayed at The Whitehouse Hotel in Peterlee as a group of five, and it was an absolute delight. The rooms were spotless, tastefully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortableโjust what we needed for a relaxing stay.
Although we hadnโt pre-booked breakfast for all five of us the night before, the staff were more than happy to accommodate us on the day without any fuss, which we really appreciated. That kind of flexibility and friendliness made a big difference.

โBeautiful hotel, not sure how itโs classed as a 3* on Expedia when itโs by far the nicest hotel in Newcastle. The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy and you can tell the hotel has thought of the โlittle thingsโ that set it apart from a generic Hilton esque experience. โThe staff made our experience fabulous. Everyone we met was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I am disabled and needed to use a mobility scooter to get around, nothing was too much bother. The first room was difficult to access for me, we informed reception and were seamlessly and quickly moved to another room.
