"Food very nice. Staff very accommodating. Rooms okay - could have done with a vacuuming a couple of times during our stay. Told staff to not bother changing towels every day but they did anyway. Car park validation for residents a very good idea. Will stay there again when next in the area."

"Let’s get the negatives out of the way - breakfast quality was dubious - not sure how they made scrambled eggs and cramped buffet area. The hotel is, of course, a Victorian railway hotel.
