“I was disappointed with my experience, particularly given the high standards I associate with Hilton. The level of customer service fell well below expectations. “Lovely place to stay, clean room although the carpets could do with a revamp. Staff were very helpful even though we arrived very late in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, very nice poached eggs.”

“Lovely hotel. Great value for money in a lively student area.”

“Hotel swimming pool was awful. Dirty shower location and also pool condition. Also pool guide lady was no sense of service. Hotel can't get 4 star grade. Very old and also breakfast was unexpectable why I pay that money.”

Breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. Staff needed chasing up not keeping up replacing side plates, and keeping coffee pots full. Staff were quick to apologise and bring out replacements. We will almost certainly visit again, despite getting a few things wrong the staff were extremely friendly and...

“방 크기는 넉넉하고 침구류도 깨끗하고 편안함. 훌륭한 퀄러티의 조식이 가능한 호텔임.”
