“The room was cosy, nicely decorated, a good size, and with a large and comfortable bed; it would have cost two or three times as much in a hotel - and that's without the generous and tasty cooked breakfast (there are other options on the menu) which - like the excellent WiFi - is included. The shower was a good size, but (and this is my only reservation, which I'm sure will be addressed) had poor water pressure. Parking space is for 2, maybe 3 cars (depending how the others park!), but free...

“I LOVED this place! A proper British pub, that was so cozy it felt like home. I absolutely loved the towel warmers ( we don't have that in the US) and the Ily coffee in the room with a French press and cookies. Was an extra cherry on top! The bed was so comfortable and felt like I was in the countryside tucked away from the world. I absolutely loved it and would 10/10 come back and stay again! Not to mention the breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Thank you for such a great stay!”

Both produced boiling hot water that would burn.All we were offered was the use of another shower in an outside building. We declined. Tired building and the Manager uninterested in offering any support or refund. He just told us the rooms were due to be updated! My advice..Go somewhere else. ”
