“This hotel is closed so please dont book here, we arrived and it was shut down. However, Hotels.com sorted it out for us in the end and got us a different hotel instead. Am also hoping they remove the hotel from their site. Although we had to stay at 2 different hotels due to availability, I am always pleased with hotels.com customer service and happy but dissappinted because its the second time weve had an issue. “Got there chap was friendly, shown the property behind the named lodge, byildeing smelt of stale smoke, had a double and 2 singles in the room a fridge, microwave and kettle didnt notice plates didnt stay long enough, curtain pole was on the wall put of sheer determination, bedside lamp didnt work, room was warm and stuffy smelt stale now fan available, handed the key over and left.”
