“The staff were absolutely brilliant, each one making you feel instantly at home and extremely well looked after. The owners are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area and the staff were really lovely. The house is beautifully preserved through time and retains its original features, which have been lovingly maintained. The rooms overlook a picturesque countryside and exude a peaceful atmosphere. “Lovely earful place to stay switch a delicious breakfast ”

“Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.”
