"This was a nice stay, check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff was very pleasant. We checked in about a half hour early and were given the key card to the room, but when we got in to the room there was a housekeeping binder still on the bathroom counter. The cleaning staff was in the hallway and told us they weren’t done with the room, which I wish we’d been told at check in. The staff wasn’t rude, I just didn’t like feeling like I was in the way. They did a quick wipe down and vacuum of the bathroom and were out quickly (I wasn’t rushing them, I was early and knew I was putting them out) The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had plenty of towels. Overall a nice place to stay but be aware, it’s very loud at night (we stayed on a Saturday night in the summer so it was expected). It would have been nice to have a breakfast provided as in most hotels but brunch at Cafe 85 around the corner was better than any continental breakfast I’ve had anyway. 4 stars, best sleep I’ve had in a long time the bed and pillows were incredible, with a white noise app to drown out the noise. Will definitely book again if needed."

"One King West Hotel is a great option for travellers looking for a central place to stay in downtown Toronto. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to public transit, restaurants, shopping and many of the city’s main attractions. The room was comfortable and had everything needed for the stay. The building itself has lots of character, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit!"

"I have stayed here many times with the kids and it's a great location, lots of fun with the 2 pools, clean. The only issue I had this time was both the room keys and pool keys kept on needing to be re-set. The staff was helpful in re-setting or replacing but it happenned at least 5 times in 4 days."
