East, Denver hotel rooms at the Independent

"Sub par experience overall. Staff was short with us, rude and unprofessional. Room was fine except we booked a room with a microwave and did not recieve the proper accommodations. This was important to us due to having small children. The coffee maker in the room was missing the most important componant and did not work. No laudry bags in room. One positive note was Miles and Ryan froM Valet service were fantastic!! "

"One street away from the 16th street mall. Awesome rooms! Clean and comfortable! Salt water pool and hot tub was amazing!"

"The low rating on the Staff is not for the Front Desk Staff. They were very polite and helpful. This issue was the cleaning staff tapping a card on the door ealry in the morning even though the "Do Not Disturbe" sign was on the door. They did this several timdes during my stay. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms are a little tired. "
