"Check in was great the young lady was bubly and cheerful said we didn't have to pay for parking and took our ticket for the garage. Later at check out found out we got charged $45 a night for parking. Staff the rest of the stay seemed grumpy and bugged if we asked for anything. The elevator situation was horrible only one out of two of them worked coming up and down to the garage. The other 4 inside one never worked another broke during our stay leaving 2 working elevators for a 16 floor hotel was really bad long wait times. Also while checking in was notified that Sunday morning if we didn't leave before 630am we were stuck at the hotel until after 1030am due to a marathon in the area. Which delayed our visit to the zoo. Would've be helpful while booking if this was a notice for our dates of booking. Also the parking option would've been another factor when booking. Didn't factor in the extra $90 charge. Overall the hotel was nice the room was clean but if asked again I would definitely find another location to stay."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE AND READ MORE REVIEWS. We booked a suite on 21st floor. We’re told at check in that the hotel controls the temp in the room and that if we wanted it cooler, to let them know. So we did because the entire room was pushing 78 degrees. We learned from several other folks staying that they also didn’t have AC in their rooms. Staff brought us 2 box fans.. loud and almost useless. We were also told it was $30 for parking a day, it’s $50. Breakfast provided included cold scrambled eggs, cold gravy for biscuits and a Pancake machine that was out of order. No bedding for sofa bed, and crumbs found in and around the pull-out bed. We checked out a day earlier than planned due to the heat in our room on the assurance that we’d be refunded for any unused nights.. now the hotel refuses to uphold the agreement. Avoid the disappointment and discomfort..STAY ELSEWHERE or READ MORE REVIEWS ON THIS LOCATION."

"pro Hotel is very nice, clean. con :Will NEVER stay here again. If you have a vehicle they will break your windows out and steal your stuff. Hotel will do nothing to help retain your loss!!! DO NOT stay if you have a vehicle, they don’t own parking lot use A parking agency who will also not help with damages. Worst is IM 90% sure the person responsible was a employee who constantly was walking around looking in our vehicle as we were unloading it! We all got the eeery feeling from this kid. We were also the only car that the broke out the back window out!!! Only took the one item $800 item that was visible from walking by. if they took time they could have had a $600 speaker$2000 camera & others stuff as we were there for a wedding ceremony!!! Hotel offered to credit us one of our three room and 3 bottles of water!! $2000 of loss for a 10 hour night stay, and a 11 hour drive home with no window! BEWARE!!"

"Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden in. I came in on the California Zephyr train in the morning and was able to check in early for my room. It’s an easy walk to Union Station and also Coors Field. Thanks for a great stay."
