"The room was cleaned and linen changed every day. Food was excellent and they serve a variety of local cuisine which is what I was looking for. The grounds was well maintained and cozy and location is not too far from New Kingston. We enjoyed our stay there, would book again."

"Must stay at this hotel was exemplary. I would like to mention that I think that they should redo the carpet at least on the second floor that was the floor I was on because there’s bleach stains and it’s little unappealing when you’re walking down the hall to your room, but the room, immaculate beautiful I love the amenities the restaurant one of the best I’ve had at hotel food and drinks were superb and I would definitely recommend and stay there again on my next visit. The staff was wonderful very helpful. Shout out to the restaurant manager Gregory and my two favorite bartenders Anthony and Glenville."

"I stayed for only one night because I had an appointment at the US Embassy, which was about a 10-minute walk away, if that much. The property is close to a busy street, but I found it very convenient for my trip. The property was clean, and the first thing I noticed when entering the room was how great it smelled. There is hot water, and I really appreciated the kitchenette and amenities that were provided. There were a few minor issues. The doors are not completely sealed, so insects can get in. The fridge was not plugged in, and it took a little effort to set it up, but since we were only staying one night, it was not a major inconvenience. The rooms are also not soundproof, as I could hear conversations from the room next door and even a phone vibrating. The staff was very polite and courteous. Parking is available, although the spaces are a bit tight. There is security at the gate, so I had no concerns about the safety of my rental car. Overall, I would give this property 4 stars, and I would stay there again."

"I love how I was greeted by the staff at the reception area. The gentleman who offered me a drink was very polite and helpful in getting my luggage’s. I got my room upgraded as requested and I also got my bed restructured to my comfort level without any hassle from housekeeping. The supervisor (housekeeping) is a great asset in her dept, I think her name is Stacy omg she goes above and beyond to ensure that I was completely comfortable and satisfied. I enjoyed the breakfast and the different variety daily. All the staff are polite and amazing! I enjoyed my stay and will return in the future."

"I would give the Terra Nova 3 stars. The main reason for this lower rating was the state of the bathroom, the toilet had a clear seal applied right over a layer of black grime, leaving it looking absolutely dirty. For a high-end hotel, I definitely expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail."
