"Everything from the beginning of our stay was amazing. Archie at the front desk is an asset to your company and deserves a large raise. We are from the United States and never felt more welcome from the minute we stepped in this hotel. I'm pretty sure It had to do with Archie at the front desk his personality and love for his job made our stay one of the best. As for a woman at the front desk was not nice to my husband one of the days we were there. We are here in Scotland for another 4 weeks and hope to meet more people like Archie. His knowledge of where to go what to do and what to see was perfect. I must add the room was clean , big & the view was absolutely amazing as we had a room with a balcony. We would like to Thank Archie for an amazing reception. Claudette & John"

"A great spot. My wife and Ioved the vibe of the place. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location can not be beat - right in the middle of the royal mile. It's small but clean. The codes and close is so cool. We got a free tour with our stay. We loved it here."
