“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...

“Get place to relax. Close by to cornhill castle and we used new farmhouse as a base for the family, ”

“Property was very well maintained and met every need that we had. Only suggestion would be to treat the spiders nests in the vents above the windows. 1 night we had a large black spider IN the bed and the next night there was another one on the ceiling above the bedroom window. Both of them startled the wife very much 😂”
