My room was spotless, spacious, and clearly cleaned to a very high standard—which I always appreciate. The staff throughout the hotel were professional and welcoming, but I have to give a special shout-out to the team at the Sky Bar. They were absolutely brilliant! Not only were the drinks great, but the service was fast, friendly, and really elevated the whole evening. Whether you're staying for business or leisure, I highly recommend this property. "What we loved was the convenience of being so close to the Hammersmith station. The room was also generous and efficient in space. The heat was absolutely quiet and the bathroom well vented (rare in hotels). Bed was comfortable. Would completely book for a future trip without hesitation!"
