Our room was great, location was awesome. Everyone was so very nice and friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Hotel and restaurant was awesome as well, food was very good. I will definitely book this Hotel again on my next visit to London. Great Hotel!!!

Lovely clean hotel. Very modern rooms with air con which was very much needed during the heat wave. Great location for visiting London. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The location is good (functional bus stops but a bit far from training stations), breakfast is very good, the room is clean but not so big. I stayed 4 days at the Novotel and 4 days at the adjacent Adagio Aparthotel. Both are good and about the same pricing, adagio is better for families but Novotel is preferable if you’re solo or without kids.

Check in was quick. The dining room was bright and airy with nice decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was good. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a good selection and displayed well. The bathroom in our room was big with adequate counter space. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was quiet.
