Front desk informed me this morning that tonight I would have to pay approx 50% more and move to another room, since they have a bus load of people booking in. “The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed ”

“The hotel is under refurbishment (however it has halted and 3 years in no work was being undertaken during our stay). The room was a family room (as I was travelling with my daughter and grand daughter) and can only be described as grubby...the walls and the furniture both dirty. The bathroom skirting dirty with dust. In the recent heat we were provided with a totally inadequate fan, replaced after a conversation with the manager. In fairness he understood our disappointment with the "surprise"...
