โVery pretty and comfortable. Room design was impressive. However, the shower booth should be mended. It doesn't seal the water inside. The restaurant was very good, but the food was a little bit salty.โ
โWe just traveled the past 3 weeks through Europe and this was our favorite place we stayed. We are a family of 4 and stayed in the top suite (#9), which is like a 300 year old building- super unique experience. Very clean with modern touches but you could feel the history. This combined with their exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (Dominik was just one of them) really took it all to the next level. Great location to go explore amazing Salzburg. Can't recommend it enough. โ
โThe service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb.
The room was clean and well thought out.
The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. I mistakenly thought there was a pull out sofa but the bed was big enough for us family of 3.
