"We stay 4 nights at Taller de juan and all I can say is that is the most welcoming place i’ve ever been, is super quiet and aesthetic, every corner at the hotel is a piece of art. The restauran at the hotel is a 10/10 super delicious. "
"Our stay at Ocho barrios was wonderful and we would recommend it 100%. The small, almost family-like hotel, was very nice decorated, with a beautiful patio and garden, which invite for a good rest after intensive sightseeing. The personal was extremely friendly, helpful, and very supportive! We felt very comfortable and welcomed and are already looking forward to our next stay. Muchas gracias! "
"Be aware that this is a museum that has rooms to rent, not a luxury hotel. That said, if you’re looking for a contemplative stay in a beautiful room surrounded by artifacts, this is your hotel. Wonderful staff, good restaurant, coffee house in a garden across the street. Did I mention the incredibly helpful staff? A nice walk 30 minutes to the town center. Can’t wait to return. "

"This hotel is beautiful !! We felt we were in like a telenovela in a beautiful hacienda with full of plants and art!! The staff are excellent in customer service and the food in the restaurant is the best in town!
Definitely the best experience I had in our trip in San Cristobal De Las Casas! "
"I frequented this quaint, family owned, hotel during my summer long exploration of the offerings in and around the San Cristobal area. I found, that while everything related to the hotel
stay was satisfactory ( for the price point) the real value was the genuine friendliness and knowledge of the area imparted by the couple who run this place. Truly invaluable to this world (weary) traveler🙂"
