When I called customer service no one could tell me why or who I can speak to because I booked through this site and not them directly. "

"Rooms are small. Staff members were sometimes more focused on the task assigned than guests! As an older lady I would expect a young employee to give way to a guest carrying luggage. At least let them on the elevator rather than stepping front and almost pushing you out of the way! I would as like it was St Patrick’s Day and people were loading their rooms for celebrations but guests just trying to get to their room should be given consideration. We paid the same or higher rate! "
