โIn General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive.
Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. โ
โReally friendly staff and room was excellent got upgraded for being newly weds. Pool was very clean only downside was the rooftop bar is closed on sundays.โ
โThis hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced.
On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...
โThe hotel was clean,unique and beautiful. The Corner Alley was right next to the hotel and provided a great time at Hilarities and other neat pubs. We had lunch at The Flight prior to walking to The Browns game. We will be back!!โ
โGreat hotel. Front desk woman was very pleasant during extremely busy check in time. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The walk in shower was huge, for a hotel. Very close to the ball field for a quick walk to and from. Will definitely stay on our next visit. Wonderful restaurants very close by too.โ
โWe stayed for a concert bc the hotel was in walking distance to the Arena. The staff was really nice & even gave me a wine opener bc I forgot one. โ
