โIn General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive.
Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. โ
โThis hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced.
On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...
โNo onsite parking but we took advantage of the valet availability which worked quite well. Staff was all very friendly. An unusual plus: Hotel had THE BEST shampoo and conditioner of all the hotels weโve stayed in. Walkable to an entertainment and restaurant district, baseball stadium and Rocket Arena. Simply a great location. โ
โThe hotel was an older building transformed into a hotel. It was clean, but some elements are just oldโwhich is charmingโbut also things are harder to clean, elevators are smaller, etc. Staff were polite and friendly, the breakfast was awesome. โ
