“Booking was effortless through Expedia. We were greeted at the door by Pat, the owner. He gave us a quick tour and set a combo code to the front door of the house of our choosing. There is an open snack and coffee area, and "trail magic" shelf full of items that a hiker might need without a store nearby. The shared bathroom was WELL stocked. “We had a very easy and quick check-in with a friendly desk clerk and found the elevators, hallways, and our room to be new/updated and clean. The breakfast provided had a variety of hot and cold items- something for everyone. The lady who was serving and cleaning up was friendly, courteous and helpful. ”

“The fridge in the room was noisy. There was no complimentary tea or hair conditioner in the room. The continental breakfast was lacking in terms of what I'd expect. No variety of bagels just plain, no oatmeal or fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs available. The cereal dispenser was empty. Delivery service for take out had only one option, Italian food. We were booked for two days but checked out early. They said they would refund us for the day we didn't use but then never did give us a refund. ...

“The picture of the property was misleading. I thought the building shown was where we would be staying. Instead we were across the building in a very old house. The room was smaller than our bedroom at home so we were cramped. The TV wasn’t working, 3 different people came to look at it but couldn’t get it fixed. Good side, the staff was extremely friendly, especially the lady that sets up the breakfast, which was delicious. ”
