“Lovely hotel and so handy for the station opposite. I had a nice quiet room and I was delighted to have a bath as well as a shower. The decor was slightly dated but none the worse for that and I had everything I needed including plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed.. The staff were very pleasant and helpful”

“Hotel was well situated in the heart of the village, easy to locate with plenty of onsite parking. Next door to a great pub with good food. Room was very clean and tidy with a sea view. Breakfast was really good. Very friendly place, would definitely stay again if in the area. ”

“Wow what a setting. I know it’s only been open for 6 weeks but it is an amazing hotel. Sea view room and the whole room was amazing, huge bed which was so comfortable. Staff were so helpful and polite and the breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay there again. Nigel White”

“The room was lovely, very clean and well cared for. The building itself was full of character, you could feel the ages past in the hallway and on the stairs. Both breakfasts and dinners were delicious - a good chef there. And the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and there was always a friendly 'hello' and a smile ”
