"Do not stay in 358 the air condition vent blows directly on the bed and you will leave with a bad sinus infection. You also have to give prior notice to have your room cleaned. I would not stay here again. "

"This place is so perfect for what I was looking for I almost don’t want to share so it stays a secret. It was the perfect retreat for what I needed. I was there for wellness treatments in the area. And my room was a perfect retreat on a quaint and quiet lake with ducks , swans and an array of singing birds. Like I said…. Perfect."

"Resort offers so many amenities and lovely areas to relax and play. Loved the pickleball, pools and patio vistas. We are not members so were given a very old room in an old building. The room served our purposes but did not entice us to buy a time share. Had we been gjven a newer room- this may have been different. We loved being within 45 min of SanDiego, Torrey Pines, La Jolla and more. The wine region of Temecula was outstanding. Two weeks of fun was had. "

"The room was clean overall. Bedding was not stripped/checked as one of the beds (2 beds in room) smelled faintly like urine. I also received the wrong room that I booked. I ordered a non-smoking room with one queen bed. Was placed into a two bed room that circulated smoke smell heavily!"

"Our stay was great! The kids loved the pool area and the room was clean upon check in. There were some renovations being done in the office area so the new office area was still accommodating. The only downside was that the laundry room was not in working order. The washers worked fine but the dryers did not have any heat in them so our clothes had to be taken off site near the airport for drying, after multiple times of trying to dry our loads. I didn't know the hotel went through a third party so by the time i had to go to the airport, i was told by staff that someone could've came to fix it."
