"Hotel was ok but nothing special. Annoying to ask for an early checkin and be told that the room was ready but it would require an extra $50 payment to get in before 4pm. Typical of this hotel where they squeeze in as many extra payments as they legally can. $100 per night deposit fee per room; we had 2 rooms for 3 nights so had $600 additional charged to our credit card. Hopefully we will get it back but it is ridiculous to require so much for a deposit. Room was adequate but not what one usually sees in an upscale hotel. Elevators were always busy and slow as there were only four elevators for 30+ floors. No desk, two small uncomfortable seats without foot stools, no spare blankets, tiny refrigerator with no freezer, and minimal toiletries. I’ve stayed in much less expensive places that were better furnished. Location is the only thing really excellent about it."
