“I lost my Driver's License and had 2 other forms of ID however the manager wouldn't accept them and kept stating that he had problems before and wouldn't let me check in. I had to call in law enforcement to verify my ID and the manager was still hesitant to check me in . “We booked this hotel on Expedia and paid in full, but the clerk who checked us in charged us $300 for the stay even though it was pre-paid. The hotel’s computer system was so slow that it was a very frustrating experience trying to get the staff to fix their mistake. Additionally, the beds were both so uncomfortable that I slept three hours of the night in my car to avoid the horrible, uncomfortable bed. This was a sorry hotel stay and I will not be back.”

“Overall it's an ok hotel. It's a good budget friendly option if you're just looking for a room to check in and out of and you don't need anything extra. Staff wasn't rude but also not super friendly.”

“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

“Wen we returned to our room in the middle of the day the room was unlocked and our belongings were unguarded, The house keeping people left the room in the middle of cleaning unlocked though it was obvious that it had a lot of our luggage, clothes etc. We have waited for half an hour nd nobody showed up. It took me 2 calls to the front desk and another 30 minutes till someone came to finish cleaning.”

“When I first arrived I was given a handicapped room which was also facing The freeway so alot of road noise. I asked for another room, but was told I had to speak with the Mgr in the am. Next am I spoke to a different clerk who switched my room immediately.”

“In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive. Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”
