"Close to Cheonggyecheon Stream which is a very peaceful place in the bustling city. Many food options outside and close to transport. Property was clean and the fresh towels and bottled water were also very good. Staff are responsive to any enquires when you email them. Very happy with my stay. "

"This was my first stay in Seoul and I loved it. The manager was kind and generally around during check-in hours if needed. Each floor has trash and recycling areas, used towel bin, and a clean towel cupboard. "I booked for 2 quadruple rooms and got only 1 quadruple room when we arrived at the hotel. The shower had only cold water on our last night stay. Overall it was ok but we were not impressed. "

The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities.
