전형적인 깔끔한 호텔룸이고 홈스테드에서 애버글레이즈 국립공원 갈때 하루 묵었던 숙소입니다. 성수기였기도 했지만 그래도 오래된 호텔에 비해 가격이 너무 높았고 기본 물도 제공안하는 건 너무 심한것 같음. 방음이 잘 안돼서 옆방 이야기소리나 기계실 소음이 크게 들림

내부 시설은 만족할 만했음. 가족 여행에 적합했다. 단 하나 아쉬운 것은 저녁에 체크인 할 때 에버글레이즈 국립공원 관련된 정보를 요청했는데, 없다고 했다. 아마도 귀찮아서인 듯하다. 담날 체크 아웃 때 다른 사람이 있길래, 다시 물어보니 친절하게 이것저것 챙겨줬다

The service and courtesy of the staff was exemplary. In addition to their overall courtesy while there, I left a good blouse there and when I called they very efficiently and politely found it and made arrangements to ship it to me. Thanks to Glen at front desk for prompt follow-up!!!!

Stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding and thought the value was incredible! Our room was extremely clean, and looked better than the online photos. The staff were super friendly, and very accommodating. We needed extra time to recover the day after the wedding and they gave us an extra 3 hours which was a huge relief, as we had a long drive home. The only minor inconvenience was that we booked a King bed, but upon arriving we were informed that they oversold the King rooms and we would have to take a double Queen room. This was no issue for us, but I see how it could potentially be an issue for others. In exchange for the inconvenience they offered us free breakfast for our entire stay, but we didn’t take advantage of that so I cannot speak to it. Overall great experience, and would definitely stay here again if I visit the area.
