Superb service by staff and this hotel is located near the walking street and Ban tanh market. The breakfast buffet and sky bar was my favorite.

I booked a family room for 3 people. I accidently entered wrong age for my daughter. She is 17 but it was entered 9 year old per the frontdesk staff. She charged me about addtional $30 per day for the age difference. They only provided amenities for two people in the room the entire stay. We had to call them everyday to get towels and soaps.... Breakfast was the same all 4 days we stayed. Only the soup station was switched up. Iam not impressed by their breakfast buffet considering this size of hotel. It is absurd that they charged us additional money for my daughter's age diffirence. They would not care a bit when i mentioned about this at checkout.
