“The room was clean and comfortable. However, the TV did not work. The staff tried to fix it without success. Tissue box in the bathroom was empty. The breakfast was good. ”

“Though the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the price was low, there were several problems with the hotel. The door key did not work, so the front desk person had to walk to my room and open the door every time I entered. The continental breakfast consisted of weak coffee and waffle mix to make waffles. The outside of the hotel was dirty and old pieces of equipment cluttered the passageway. Not a place I will visit again.”

“Pros: clean hotel, good breakfast selection Cons: luggage carts small and difficult to locate, front desk staff not friendly, and denied late check out even though we arrived at the hotel very late the evening before after 12 hours on the road and were only there for one night. ”

Beds very uncomfortable, carpets dirty and badly stained.Desk chair looked like it was picked up a curb somewhere...breakfast area was clean and food was presented well. Staff was friendly. We have stayed at other Country Inn's in the past. Sadly we will not be staying at the Lumberton Country Inn again!”
