The property was listed as having AC, but there is no AC in the bedrooms. We also did not find outlets in the bathroom which made it difficult to get ready. Breakfast was however phenomenal, the bed was super comfortable, room was big, shower was great, the location was convenient and the staff seemed nice.

Hi Brittany,Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed our phenomenal breakfast and comfy bed, however, we regret that your stay was not as good as we always strive to provide. Although we do have cooling in the rooms, it is evaporative, and with nights still dipping into the freezing temperatures, it is not yet operative at the beginning of April. Cracking a window and letting in the chilly night air is encouraged during this time. Your stay was in the Mesa Verde Room with the vintage bathroom. The outlets in the bathroom can be a bit tricky in that they are actually in the light fixtures on either side of the mirror. They are easy to miss and your feedback encourages us to install an outlet more recognizable to most guests.We really do appreciate and value your input as it helps us to improve on the guest experience for all of our guests. We hope to welcome you back to an amazing stay in the future.

Room was well decorated and very comfortable, and the jetted tub was relaxing! Good breakfast with good options. Personable staff.

Stunning little gem located in a great area of Farmington. We easily visited the Aztec Ruins and then ran up to Durango to see the sunset. Quaint, well furnished, heated tile floors in the en suite! Love this place!

I enjoyed the room and the décor. The breakfast buffet was expectational and was definitely worth it. If looking for something that is not your typical hotel, book a stay for sure.

We enjoyed our time at Casa Blanca Bed & Breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were quite comfortable. If we are in the area again, we would definitely consider staying there again!

We simply love this place! I grew up in Farmington and I had now idea that this little gem was here. This was one of our favorite places to stay at. Quiet and beautiful southwestern architecture and decoration. The breakfast was amazing! It reminded me of my childhood growing up in New Mexico.

A Little Hacienda
Casa Blanca Inn is absolutely beautiful! The decor and layout makes you feel like you are in a little hacienda...patios, fountain, beautiful furniture, artwork, tile, etc. Check in was as easy as picking up an envelop in the breakfast room. Breakfast was amazing! Eggs, casserole (I've forgotten the name), breakfast sausages, toast, bagels, cereal, etc. Coffee, tea & juice. I'm a tea drinker and would have loved it if there had been some English Breakfast Tea rather than Earl Grey, but I always travel with my own. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. We used the electric fireplace as the weather was getting cooler and that took the chill away. The motel was very quiet and peaceful. We were only there one night, but it is the kind of place you want to stay longer and savor the beauty and the quiet. The innkeepers were very friendly. It was a little bit of a splurge for us and a few miles out of our way, but it was worth it!

I wish I could give this place six stars! It was completely delightful in every respect - the lovely rooms, gorgeous furnishings and gardens, library (!!), full breakfast, super fun owner and staff... Can I move in permanently?

Casa Blanca Inn was a lovely place to stay. Our suite was large and had many amenities. We’d been hiking a lot, so the jetted tub was a welcome site. We arrived late, but the Innkeepers did a wonderful job communicating late arrival procedures. The fireplace was a nice touch, as was the cozy robe. Breakfast was outstanding. The Innkeepers were very hospitable. Definitely wished we could have stayed longer.

This is the second time for us staying as a midpoint traveling from Phoenix to Breckinridge. Truely, a diamond in the rough. The service is impeccable and the property unique and comfortable. You really feel as though you are staying in a friends house.

This is a great little spot, I love the rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. The new management and taking much better care and giving Casa Blanca some needed tender care.

The goods; this property is lovely. The garden was lovely, the architecture, furniture, and fixtures were all very nice. The breakfast was also very nice, homemade and very delicious. I was so happy for the fresh strawberries and blueberries (my sp also loved the nuts.) Despite the charm of the place it had many issues. We selected the fountain room to see the fountain but it was broken. We tried to eat dinner out on the patio and were swarmed by bees. The walls are so thin the room next to us had a dog barking all night and early morning waking us up, people were out in the garden drunk until very late being loud, and we could hear the people upstairs walking around. To try and drown out the noise we decided to turn on the tv but it didnt have a remote, at 11pm we didn’t want to call someone to drive 15 min to help us with a tv (there is no one onsite.) the ac was fine, you can’t adjust it but we were ok with that. The place was generally clean (sheets, floors, countertops) but the details were gross, grime in corners, the lightswitches were disgusting and the overhead fan remote sticky. Worst of all was the bugs that came into the room. At first I thought maybe they just came in the door when we went through but we killed them and about 30 min later there were more, and then more. We weren’t sure where they were coming from but we had to turn off the lights hoping they wouldn’t be attracted to our room. The hype is a pretty house but not managed well.

It was handy to walk into town. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We were welcomed in like family visiting a kind aunt. The breakfast was delicious and everyone was helpful. We got a flat tire on an outing and they even helped us get the spare on. Casa Blanca is a great choice.

Great Facility!
What an amazing place! We were on a 5-day trip that included staying at several unique and attractive places, but the Casa Blanca Inn beat the others hands down for service, comfort, cleanliness and overall appeal. We're already planning our next trip just so we can stay there again, and after 60+ years of travel, that's saying a lot! THANK YOU!

We liked this very pleasant place, the staff and the breakfast (NOT the usual, this one was home made).. but they sent a complicated message (which were lost among the 15 or 20 so from other places on our trip (and also companies like Expedia) on our trip about their operation- I think they need a new business model.
