“The staff were fantastic, from check in to out. And, I think they 'have' to say "limited free parking" which means there aren't enough free spots. The place just looked... used. Some paint missing here and there, some overall upkeep needed. While it IS the beach, they prolly oughta let you know they're next to a seafood preparation warehouse. That can hit a little heavy with a stiff wind. All said, if I hadn't dropped $500+ for 2 nights, I might not have expected better, but... I did....

“We have to share the bathroom and the toilet. The soundproof is terrible. If you are taking your kids, please do not choose this hotel. They can hear some strange(?) sound in the midnight.”

“This is an old property that has, apparently, been totally revamped. The interior and exterior are like new except for the bathroom (very small), which had an old door and rusty hinges. The parking lot is bad, but they do have overflow parking right next door for larger vehicles and those of us who don't like tight parking spots. It is fairly noisy, but for the price it is fine”

“Loved our ocean front room. Very spacious and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Can't wait to come back to see the remodel.”

“The room was comfortable; plenty of seating, good view. It was a bit warm, but windows were opened wasn't too bad (no A/C, but okay when we were there). Breakfast options were good, warm and tasty. Just wish there was more space to sit down in the little dining area. Staff was excellent, friendly and kind. Our keys stopped working at one point, but gladly rekeyed for us in no time. Also called for an extra blanket for pull-out, came to the door very quickly. Parking was really full and hard...

“We enjoyed our stay. Room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. Location is close to downtown. Our only interaction with staff was very positive. We will stay at the location every time we come to Astoria.”

“We liked this hotel as it was simple and clean, small but not too cramped. The location is cool, the back door leading to the marina and shops walk. It's a very small fishing town that was nice, with limited food and drinks options, so I was bummed that the pub/grill on the property was closed the two days that we were there. That would have made the stay perfect.”

“The best part of the room was being able to leave the balcony door open all night. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. There are no real amenities and Noone onsite. Personally I would not stay in Seaside again. Very foggy most of the time. The room is dated and needs updated carpet and a room refresh.”
