overall a good hotel at a very good location. Good value for money. The hotel can get 10/10 score if they work on the improvements listed below. What's good about the hotel - Walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops. - Good view from the room. Rooms are spacious enough - Comfortable beds and pillows - Good shower (water temperature/pressure) Needs improvement - Cleanliness in the room. Found few hair on the bed and a sock. They quickly cleaned up after I informed the front desk - The restaurant in the lobby may not be open everyday making it difficult to plan - The breakfast discount was not much. Breakfast was expensive in the next hotel and was not a great value for the money - The hotel doesn't have laundry option - No extra bedding was provided

The room was so much nicer than I expected! Wish we were staying longer. All rooms on one side of the hotel look out onto the hot tub which is a bit weird when you are in it and people are looking down on you. The bed was fantastic. The room was large and had a fireplace. Easy walk to Beamer's coffee shop and other shops. It was a great stay.

Extremely comfortable and well positioned hotel that includes everything you need, and more!

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this property. Upon arrival next day from outing, the room was not clean, and even after requesting housekeeping, the bed still had black bug crawling on and the wet towels were not removed. The hotel advertises a pool, but in reality, there is only a small, poorly maintained tub. Most of the promotional photo's focus on the spa, which I found misleading. Additionally, the shuttle service was unreliable and did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience did not match the high rating displayed online, and I feel we made the wrong choice in booking this hotel. On a positive note, the front desk lead and manager were very nice and handled the situation immediately. I appreciated their professionalism and effort. However, this was one of my high bucket list Vacation, and spending two nights here was difficult and unsatisfying. For travelers accustomed to 4- or 5-star hotels, this property feels closer to a 2-star experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it.
