"The property was convenient to everywhere in Times Square. Perfect Location. Room was nice and relaxing. The windows would not slide shut so we had to use the long towels for the bathroom for the windows to stay warm throughout the night. Besides that, we had an excellent time. "

"They called me to pay for one night before i go and they say the rest when i arrived but yhey charged me twice and when i called they said it was computer glitch and will give you the money back on 5 business days and i never got my money back and i had to deposit it. Check how they charge you after your stay."

"Most of the staff was excellent, but there were a couple of instances that were not up to par. One of the people at the in room dining just didn't put the order in so we were waiting around for an hour before we called down. We were trying to be understanding because the building is under construction, it was a breakfast order so I figured it was a busy check-out day. We ended up getting our order after many apologies, but it took an hour out of our day so everything else we had planned had to be compromised. Not a big deal, but kind of disappointing. For the money, we’ll try somewhere else. "
