비교적 우수한 호텔
이 호텔은 피렌체 역으로부터 버스로 20분 정도 떨어져 있지만 주위에 버스정류장이 많아 피렌체 관광에는 적합하다. 그리고 주위에 큰 마트가 있어 편리성도 우수하다. 호텔은 작은편이고 호텔 카운터로부터 별도의 건물에 방이 있고 특이하지만 그런대로 맘에 들었다. 그리고 호텔은 비교적 청결하였다. 아침은 그리 좋은 편은 아니었다. 다시 간다면 다시 묻고 싶은 호텔이다.

피렌체의 가족여행
하루에 한번식 침대 시트를 교체하지 않는다. 우리는 피렌체의 중심가를 걸어서 20분이 걸렸다. 우리의 자동차가 피렌체의 교통통제구역을 가지 못하기 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했다. 버스정류장도 없다. 피렌체의 중심을 가기위해서는 아주 불편하다. 아침식사는 부족하다.

예쁜 호텔~!
정말 깨끗하고 예쁜 호텔~! 다만 피렌체 관광지와는 거리가 좀 떨어져 있어서 도보로 관광하기는 힘들어 보였음. 방이 너무 예쁘고 조식이 매우 훌륭했습니다. 소품 하나하나도 매우 예쁘고, 정원도 멋집니다.

POSIZIONE: Struttura situata a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione di Firenze Campo di Marte. La zona delle Cure è piuttosto tranquilla e non si percepisce il traffico. Di fronte e nelle vicinanze ci sono posti per le automobili o comunque è possibile parcheggiare all’interno della struttura pagando una quota. CAMERA: La mia stanza era situata nella dépendance, piccola ma ben organizzata negli spazi. Letto matrimoniale abbastanza comodo con la possibilità di scelta tra cuscino morbido/duro. Ho trovato il tutto ben pulito e ordinato. Unica pecca che la stanza non è ben insonorizzata, quindi si sentono i passi degli ospiti sovrastanti e il passaggio nel corridoio. SERVIZI: Staff gentile e disponibile, check in/out veloce. Ho usufruito della colazione, abbondante e variegata. Ottima per il prezzo richiesto. A pochi passi dalla struttura è presente un supermercato, a mio avviso utile.

Bien situado, en una zona tranquila a tan solo 15 minutos del centro andando. Personal muy amable, buena recepción. Habitación limpia y cama muy cómoda. Instalaciones algo antiguas, seria necesario pequeño mantenimiento para mejorarlas. Desayuno buenísimo y completo.

First when I entered the room there were no curtains on the windows. The outside doors leading out to the balcony did not open. The storm shutters had no way to hold them open. The common areas were ok. As for the room the bed was awful and placed length wise against the wall and made up with cheap linen. The Wi-Fi worked for my first few hours in the room then stopped working for the rest of my 4 or 5 day stay.. I never do reviews but this had to be said

Dear Daniel,we are sorry if you were unable to open the shutters. You could have asked us for help and we would have helped you with pleasure! The shutters are typical of our region. There are curtains in the room, we don't understand the reason for your comment. You booked a single room and therefore with a single bed. The linen is not poor but in line with our standard of the other rooms. The wifi works and you could have asked at the reception for that too!

Lovely little hotel in a quiet area of Firenze. Supermarket few metres away. Bus stop nearby and few restaurants around. Breakfast is not much in variety but enough to get by and start your day. Nice bed, pillows and storage facility. If you want a taxi, best thing to do is ask the reception. And remember reception closes at 8pm. Mark was excellent always trying to help as much as possible and also the lady receptionist (sorry I forgot to ask her name) Overall positive hotel.

El hotel esta Perfecto incluye desayuno gratis muy variado y rico. La ubicación no esta muy cerca de lo turístico pero es fácil de conectarte a esas áreas.

The owner ( Gentleman) in the office, was very helpful. The lady helping with the breakfast looked very annoyed all the time. The beds, pillows and mattress were terrible. The sheets felt like paper;( The room and the bathroom smelled like a very strong urine. I can still smell it! So gross. The free breakfast was not very good. It was free, I guess!!

My friend and I were quite underwhelmed when we first entered our room. I had booked a triple room but there were no sheets or pillows on the twin bed, only two pillows on the queen bed. There were no batteries in the safe and the plug on the electric kettle did not match the outlet on the wall. There were also a few stains on the duvet and mattress cover. Of course all these issues were resolved when I brought them to the front desk person’s attention the next morning, however, they did cause a bad first impression.

All of the staff was helpful, kind and engaging. Shonna (not sure I spelled her name correctly) was so kind and accommodating with my dietary needs for breakfast. She had a great sense of humor and a smile every morning. We had a great time and would definitely come back when we’re in Florence again!

Dear Akira,we change the towels every 3 days for long stays but if you leave the towels on the floor we change them anyway.As regards the refill you didn't ask anything but i'm sorry for that and you didn't say nothing also about the security box. In that case we have chaged the batteries!!

Hotel was good just far from main attractions. Only one thing I had an issue with was the A/C and called the reception and the guy looked like he was bothered. Other than that it was good.

Dear Frances,we are glad you enjoy your stay.. but at the same time we are a bit astonished because when you caled assistance at 12.00 pm for the air conditioning, the guy immediately came to you. The problem didn't exist cause when he knoked on the door in the meantime (2 minutes) the air conditioning worked correctly. I'ts not like electricity.. it takes one about one minute before it start!

The stay was decent but very inconvenient if you wanted to go anywhere. Taxi service would not go to the hotel unless you reserved your taxi the day before. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was pleasant but the only downfall was the limited public transportation in the area.

It’s a small hotel, family-operated and owned who were all magnificent. We checked in really late and who I believe was the head of the family was very helpful and even saved me money on parking. The room was small, but very cozy and clean. It also had all the major amenities that most been g hotel have. We missed breakfast time the following, but the lady still let us have a small breakfast and a few capuchinos.

Great place to stay
This hotel is a great place to stay in Florence, the room was just the right size for 2 people and super clean. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was your standard continental breakfast, but tasty all the same. The hotel is a little walk away from the city centre - around 20 min walk but this didn’t bother us at all the streets felt very safe, even at nighttime. I would recommend staying here to any friends or family visiting Florence.

Struttura posta in un palazzo storico, ben mantenuto, in un quartiere tranquillo a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Firenze. Punto forte sicuramente l'accoglienza e la cordialità del personale tutto che ha accolto ogni nostra singola richiesta, che ahimè vanno a scontrarsi con delle carenze importanti, che giustifico in parte per il costo piuttosto esiguo, ma che rappresentano dei veri e propri scivoloni.Partendo dalla camera molto essenziale, frigobar vuoto e oltretutto spento, bagno che necessita di un restyling. Dulcis in fundo, il momento della colazione, se così si può definire,la più carente e triste che mi abbiano mai proposto; un vassoio con 4 biscotti Secchi,due croissant del discount (già aperti) e due plumcake (aperti) ,oltre alla possibilità di caffè o cappuccino (ben fatto). Niente latte vegetale o senza lattosio, nessun succo di frutta, nessuna marmellata o confettura. Alla richiesta se ci fosse dell'altro, la signora gentilmente mi ha portato dello yogurt e dei cereali che hanno lievemente attenuato la mia fame mattutina. Auspico per loro che facciano qualcosa per risolvere al più presto questa gravissima lacuna.Do una votazione comunque mediocre e non pessima,solo perché hanno la possibilità del parcheggio (a pagamento) ,cosa da non sottovalutare.

Gianluca, Faremo tesoro dei suoi suggerimenti, tuttavia ci sentiamo di non condividere il suo giudizio in merito al frigo bar, perchè è una necessità imposta da un protocollo sanitario, come la colazione.
