Fantastic stay in Florence!
I'm very satisfied staying this hotel! First, I think it is little bit small, because they have the cute lobby(reception). But inside the room, super clean and we have 2 section in the room!-bedroom and the sofa room is seperated. And the bathroom is really nice. The best part of this hotel is location. It is located behind the Lungarno hotel, near Vecchio bridge. Anyway, I super-recommand this hotel!

최고의 호텔! 완전 추천
굉장히 깨끗하고 친절한 호텔! 유럽 전체여행 중 가장 기억에 남는 호텔입니다. 선반에도 먼지 한 톨 없을 정도로 깨끗하고 리셉션 직원들도 너무 친절합니다. 매일 아침 반갑게 인사해줘서 제 하루도 즐거워 지는 듯 했습니다. 그리고 조식이 너무 기억에 남는데, 조식 음식 하나하나가 맛깔스러웠어요!! 특히 피자가 너무 너무 맛있었습니다! 커피도 맛있어요. 다들 꼭 조식 드시길 제가 피렌체에서 먹었던 음식 중에 가장 맛있었습니다. 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 저녁에 방이 좀 쌀랑해져요. 너무 저녁까지 에어컨을 틀지 않는게 좋습니다! 정말 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

호텔 정말 친절하고 만족스럽습니다.다만 차를 렌트하 가지고 가서 주차장을 찾는데 엄청 땀 흘림 네비게이션이 넝무 좁은 골목에서 멍~~하게 있어서 위치 찾는데 어러움이 있었으나 다시 꼭 가고 싶은 호텔입니다

호텔로 인해서 여행이 완벽해진 느낌
레지던스라고 생각하면 딱 맞을 것 같네요. 가족여행으로 갔는데 정말 딱 좋았어요. 직원들도 친절했고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 레지던스여서 내부에 요리할 수 있는 기구가 있어서 그런지 조식은 In-room service가 옵션으로 제공되며 조식부페는 없습니다. 하지만 피렌체가 워낙 먹거리가 풍부하고 맛집이 많아 먹는것 걱정은 없이 잘 다녔습니다. 객실에서 조식 시켜 먹기 부담스럽다면 부담없이 전날 먹거리를 챙기세요. 아니면 한국에서 가져온 라면이나 김치가 있다면 조리하는데 전혀 무리없기 때문에 여러가지를 고려해서 선택가능합니다. 위치 얘기도 뺄 수 없습니다. 산타마리아노벨라역에서 걸어서 15분 거리(우리 가족은 걸었습니다). 피렌체는 굳이 교통수단이 없이도 다닐 수 있기 때문에 로마, 베니스와는 달리 패스를 구입하지 않았고 또 무리없었습니다. Ponte vecchio에서도 매우 가깝고 피티궁전도 뒷마당에 있는것처럼 가깝습니다. 피렌체의 두오모성당도 걸어서 10분 정도면 충분합니다. 다음에 피렌체에 묵더라도 무조건 이 곳입니다. 덕분에 가족들이 여행내내 즐거웠답니다. P.S : 부끄럽게도 Amenity에 살짝 놀랐습니다 ㅎ(Salvatore Ferragamo 제품 - 추가로 몇 개 더 받아왔네요)

This hotel is spacious and meticulously clean. Bathroom is huge and luxurious: a shower booth with various shower heads, a whirlpool tub, Ferragamo bath amenities. Good location, staff are helpful and kind. Best hotel ever!

간직하고 싶은 좋은 기억 ^^
환상입니다.. 객실 업그레이드 한단계 받아서 최고급에서 3일간 너무너무 편히 지내다 왔습니다 조식은 룸서비스로 가져다 주며 기호에 따라 메뉴를 결정할수 있습니다. 리셉션데스크를 지나칠때마다 미소와 부온죠르노 하며 맞아주시는데 그렇게 반가울수 없습니다. 밖에서 돌아다니면서 정통 이탈리아인들이 동양인 대하는 특유의 냉소를 대하다가 호텔에 들어오면 싹 없어지는 기분입니다 다음번에는 피렌체와 근교도시만 여행하는 계획을 잡을예정인데 여기 호텔은 머스트 컨택할 예정입니다 ^^

베끼오 다리 부근의 고급 호텔
시설은 매우 훌륭함. 작은 부티끄호텔이어서 식당도 없고 부대시설은 별로 없지만 직원들이 매우 친절하고 유능함. 아침식사는 방으로 가져다 주었고, 모든 일를 개인적으로 돌봐주는 느낌을 받음. 베끼오 다리 바로 옆이라 모든 사적지에서 가까와 편리하다. 역에서부터도 가까움. 우리는 가족이 움직여 짐이 많아 주로 택시를 이용했는데 역에서 가까운 곳이 아무래도 편리함.

멋지고 친절한 경험
호텔은 한 층에 객실수가 많지는 않은 크지않은 호텔이었습니다. 하지만, 객실은 제가 머문 호텔들 중 가장 크고 좋은 호텔이더군요. 단점을 꼽으라면 좀 느린 엘리베이터 정도이나, 제 객실은 2층이어서 그것도 문제는 아니었습니다. 또 하나의 단점을 꼽으라면 객실이 너무 넓어서 자다가 일어나서 화장실을 가는겍 너무 멀었다는 정도입니다. 호텔의 위치는 폰테베키오다리에서 1분 내외에 위치하고 있어서 관광을 다니기에 굉장히 유리한 점이 있었습니다. 객실에 대부분의 주방시설이 포함되어있었고, 바로 근처에 슈퍼가 있어서 저희는 아침을 신청하지않고 간단히 방에서 식구들의 아침을 해결할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 직원들은 매우 친절하였고, 매일 문을 나서거나 들어올때마다 반갑게 인사해주었고, 저희가 질문을 할때마다 적극적인 자세로 도와주었습니다. 그리고 마지막날 체크아웃시 짐도 흔쾌히 맡아주었고, 역으로 가기위한 택시도 굉장히 빠른 시간내에 불러주어 편안하게 갈 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 만일 또 피렌체를 가게 된다면 반드시 이 호텔에 머물거 같습니다.

차량이동이 어려운 피렌체에서 주차장이 가까운 몇안되는 호텔이고 매니저는 대단히 친절하고 만족스러운 서비스를 제공하였다. 지하층의 스파를 사용하지 못해서 아쉬웠지만 여행중에 하루정도 피로를 풀 수 있는 좋은 대안이 될 것이다.

작은 규모의 모텔같은 분위기지만 넓은 방과 친절한 프론트
오후8시 이후엔 직원 퇴근. 예약 후 체크인 예정시간 묻는 이메일이 오니 늦게 도착하는 분들은 이를 통해 약속 정해야 함. 조금 늦는 건 기다려주고 너무 늦을 경우엔 보통 호텔 앞의 바 등에 열쇠를 맡겨 두는 듯. 참고로 피렌체 S.M.노벨라가 아닌 캄포 디 마르테역에 내렸는데 여긴 택시가 없어 정류장에 적혀있는 택시회사 번호 중 하나로 전화해 불러야 함. 장소와 인원 정도만 알려주면 되니 어려울 것 없으나 앞 선 줄이 길어 한시간 가량 기다림. 약속시간 보다 1시간 이상 늦어 8:45경 도착했으나 계속 기다리고 있던 직원이 전화했는데 연결이 안되어서 걱정했다며 매우 친절하게 대해줌. 아침식사는 8시이후 방으로 가져다 주며 그 전에는 맞은 편 바에서 크로와상1개,주스한잔,커피한잔 먹을 수 있음. 호텔이라기 보단 모텔같은 분위기지만 훨씬 넓고 좋은 시설의 방과 프론트 직원의 친절한 대응이 모든 것을 커버해 줌. 베키오 다리 바로 근처에 위치해 주요 관광지, 쇼핑거리 도보이동 가능. 피렌체 방문하면 다시 묵고싶은 곳. 덧붙여 직원이 추천하는 근처식당의 2인분 1kg의 스테이크는 맛, 가격대비 대만족!

Wonderful chic hotel in a terrific area. The suite room was roomy, well appointed, clean & very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. We absolutely loved the location! So close and walkable to everything we wanted to see, right near the Ponte Vecchio bridge and plenty of great restaurants and wine bars but on a relatively quiet side street. Staff were amazing and very friendly with each encounter. Our room was spacious and quite comfortable.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. So conveniently located, very clean, spacious rooms and excellent staff. We enjoyed the hospitality - breakfast, happy hours & their helpfulness. Didn’t get to experience the spa. However will definitely stay here again in future & highly recommend the hotel.

I selected this property for the location at first, but I was so impressed with the hospitality and how nice the accommodations were that I will definitely make this one of my regular choices for Florence. Loved staying at this hotel, decided to extend my stay by an extra day and will absolutely stay here whenever I return to Florence. The hotel is very conveniently located and kept in great condition. The place was very clean, the WiFi was super reliable and they also provide you with a cell phone to use during your stay at no additional cost. The staff also goes above and beyond to help with all of your needs. Highly recommend!

Incredible stay! We cannot say enough good things about our experience. Staff was extremely helpful with supporting us during our honeymoon providing cafes, dinner reservations, and navigating city. They even booked us a private driver to the country side with stops in Siena and San Gimignano, as well as made us lunch reservations at winery. We will definitely be back to Florence and stay here again!

The staff was great. Location perfect. AC not really cool even if you put it at minimum. The door in the bathroom is completly clear wich it make it very uncomfortable. From the bed you can see the toilet. No to much channels in the TV. No even one in English.

Very nice apartment suites in the centre of Florence City. So convenient.the staff were fantastic, thank you Tatania, Andrea and I think Georgia not sure but very helpful with sight seeing options including short driver tour options if you have any mobility limitations. Overall excellent apartment suites to book.
