The rooms have high (often frescoed) ceilings and windows, as it used in the past. Gent.ma Signora Spagnuolo,Ci dispiace molto leggere la sua recensione e sapere che il suo soggiorno non sia stato all'altezzza delle sue aspettativeRiguardo all'odore in bagno, la Sua camera era al secondo piano e anche quando il centro storico di Firenze a volte subisce il problema dei cattivi odori, le camere al secondo piano non ne risentono veramente quasi mai. Non abbiamo neppur avuto alcuna segnalazione in proposito dalle persone che hanno occupato la camera immediatamente dopo di Lei né alcuno del nostro personale addetto alla pulizia e controllo delle stanze.Per quanto concerne la pulizia, ci teniamo a precisare che le nostre camere vengono pulite con cura quotidianamente e riguardate da un servizio governante, e come potrà notare la pulizia delle nostre camere è sempre giudicata molto positivamente in tutte le recensioni.Ci dispiace anche non aver potuto permetterle un allungamento della permanenza in camera oltre l'ora in più concessa al normale orario di partenza; purtroppo nei periodi di alta stagione è spesso complicato riuscire ad accordare dei check-out oltre l'orario consueto.AugurandoLe una buona giornata, restiamo sempre a Sua disposizione anche quando volesse tornare da noi.Cordialmente,
