“Room was adequate. Clean enough & comfortable enough. We had an issue with the plumbing twice which were not resolved by the staff appropriately. First night the water from our room poured down into the room below us. Staff blamed us even tho it was clearly a plumbing issue. There was no offer to move rooms just the suggestion to not bath the rest of the time. We did finally get to move but only after I told them my 82 yo mom was not able to stand for a shower. “This hotel was decent . Room was clean but outdated could use newer furniture. Beds were comfortable and pillows. Felt safe around the area. They had some fast food restaurants in walking distance and downtown San Luis Obispo was near by too. Had a pool but did not use because it was not that hot. Recommend for a quick stay.”

“We have stayed here numerous times over the years, even with previous ownership. It's convenient, we always appreciate the apartment with the fridge, sink, and hot plate when we are able.to get it and we like that it accommodates our family of six. Which is often so hard to find. Our general go to for SLO”

“We arrived a little early to request a top floor away from the road and we were told it was possible, but would take longer. We said it was not a problem. When we returned later, no rooms were available, and so we waited longer. Nearly an hour later we were given a room facing the frontage road and the freeway. Did not sleep well that night due to the road noise. Hotel was not as clean and maintained as most Hampton Inn. Very disappointing.”
