“Another lovely stay at this stand up hotel, pleasant & friendly staff, very clean room Health club & breakfast lovely, however some relaxing music in the health club would be a bonus. We will be returning in the summer. ”

“The room was disappointing Very close to the road and as the windows are old the room was very noisy at night. The furnishings were also very plain. The room itself was clean ”

“On arrival at Bell Cottage we were met by occupants who directed us around the corner to the owner's house. The owner was not in but able to communicate via the Ring doorbell. We were greeted warmly and told where to collect the keys to a different property with en-suite and a shared kitchen, situated to the the left of the owner's house. So a bit of confusion to start with, but the attic room we occupied was lovely, cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Definitely a budget hotel but a comfy bed. Terrible food but friendly waiting staff. It was fine for a night passing through but wouldn't want to stay any longer”
