“Great breakfast ”

“Room was clean. Easy check in and out. Air conditioner needs new filter. Caught a cold maybe from it. Price was ok.”

“We booked this hotel, even though it was more expensive than the Hampton Inn, largely because of its emphasis on a “really great breakfast.” Breakfast is important to us, so we thought the higher rate might be worth it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. First, there weren’t even tea bags in the room, so if hot tea is your favorite morning beverage, you have to get dressed and head downstairs before you can have your first cup. The breakfast itself was no better than what we’ve experienced at Hampton...

“Could not have asked for a better weekend!”

“What an incredible place in the mountains right off the blue ridge parkway. The views are unbelievable. The restaraunt and bar were the perfect place to end the night. Even managed to find some vegan options. Great stop for our motorcycle trip but really anyone in the area has a reason to stay here.”

“Beautiful spot with lots of privacy.”

“직원이 친절하다. 청소상태도 괜찮다.위치는 메인에서좀 벗어나있다. 조식은 기대하지 않는게좋다.계속 같은 조식은 장기투숙에는 힘들듯하다. 전체적으로 만족스럽다 다시 가도 괜찮을듯 하다.불편사항들 커버될정도로 직원들의 친절함에 만족스러운 호텔이다.”

“Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. ”

“Each staff member we met was friendly and helpful.”

“Staff member at night was amazing and the hot tub room excellent and very comfortable plus super clean”

“There was a roach in our room and the toilet didn’t flush. We had to exchange rooms as soon as we got there the Connell breakfast included toast and jelly. That was all.”

“Our first room was not cleaned properly and smelled bad and the second room they offered us was recently renovated and smelled even worse. We ask for a refund and found a better hotel.”

“Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....
