"No cuentan con recepción, el cargo no se hace en expedía , se hace con ellos a otra cuenta después de que te informan q no se liquidó ( siendo que tú pones la tarjeta en expedía). El chico q está en l recepción por la mañana súper grosero ( si ya sabe cómo funciona nada le cuesta hacer un comentario para facilitar) los chicos de la tarde y noche muy accesible. "El lugar es un fraude, jamás me contestó mensajes, llame a Expedia México y tampoco les contestaron a ellos. Me hicieron el cargo a mi Tarjeta y al final tuve que buscar otro hotel. No se les ocurra hacer reservas aquí por ningún motivo."
