โGreat customer service friendly frim beginning to end! They actually called to let me know I forgot to pick up my deposit when I checked outยก And held it until I came back thru town once I returned from my trip! Honest, friendly and dependable! โ
โCheck-in was fine, however, they did not return our deposit. When I called to enquire about it, they kept disconnecting the call or not answering it at all. When I called the Hotels.com, they said I had to go through the Hotel. We travel quite a bit through this area. We would have made this place a routine stop for us, however, the lack of attempted communication warrants concern about their business practices.โ
โSuper clean, safe and the owners are very nice ,honest people...The Gentleman at check-in was very helpful and answered our questions since we were from out of town...He knew the area and made great suggestions! Great stay!!โ
โEverything went nice and smooth. Place is great! The only thing that can probably be fixed is the dining/breakfast area it is very small and it gets packed fast. Overall loved the place. โ
