“Our stay at the Qing Suites was so wonderful, we could not have asked for a better experience. The history of the building, as well as the Blue Mansion, is fascinating, and adds to the magic of the place. The room was superb - clean and comfortable, with a lovely private courtyard. The main courtyard, where a delicious breakfast was served, is stunning. The staff deserve a special mention - attentive, kind, and always cheerful, and made our stay extra special.”

“Room was not ready yet. Staff said it will be prepared soon but i had to wait more than 40minutes after regular check in time 3PM. Floor staff was so unprofessional.”

“I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The property is beautiful, but it’s the staff and service that truly set this place apart. Throughout my stay, all the staff were incredibly attentive, helped me find my way around the best local spots, and had the most positive and helpful attitude all round. The location was also perfectly placed in Georgetown, close to all the tourist spots whilst not being on a busy or noisy road. Breakfast was included and, much like the heritage of Penang itself, I was...

“Warm welcome and greeting by the front desk every time we passed by the counter. I just wish the hotel could allocate more parking for the guests, especially locals. Other than that, we had a great stay.”

“no car noise, room is latge enough”
