"I came with my elderly parents, and i really appreciate the hotel staffs' assistance. The hotel staffs were attentive, especially the girl named Collette. She is friendly, helpful and very passionate about this job. Even though she is not a front desk staff, yet she still provided assistance where possible. 1 most impressive point was before she signed off, she saw me at the lobby and she came by to make sure everything was alright with us, then only she went home. Another staff Ammar was handling our check in. In view of our situation (elderly parents in wheel chair), he proactively upgrade my parents to the OKU room which was more spacious and has extra amenities like handrail. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness. Besides that, the hotel was clean with vibrant & modern design. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and i will definitely come back again. 5 stars without any hesitation. Cons: if parking is free for guest, that would have been perfect. :)"

"Quick check in process. Our room was very clean, comfortable pillows, good sized bathroom and the view was quite nice. Although I didn’t use the pool, I found the area very relaxing if you want to just hang out and relax at night or early in the morning. Location is within walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. In addition, lobby was well decorated. Would definitely stay here again next time. "
