"The property was very dirty. There was used soap left by maybe the previous customer. Furniture was very old, dusty. overall apartment was very dirty. i doubt they clean the bedsheet. the bed in master bedroom is an old bed, already broken, but there is a piece of wood placed under the mattress to contain the bed. no wifi. 14 inch TV (my 4 year old niece asked, what is this?). No toilet paper. when checking in i have to contact three different people. I initially contacted the number given in...

"We thoroughly enjoyed a beautuful room and pool with a great view of the strait for for six nights. Our comfortable king bed, decor, safe drinking water and complementary drinks were much appreciated. We also appreciated the friendly manner and sensible advice from the staff at the lobby counter. Finally, our big thank you to the room housekeeping staff. "

"We enjoyed our stay here! We were able to check in early, provided with a welcoming gift, and throughout our stay all staff were accommodating. Our room was very spacious for 3 adults and had many toiletries. The bedding was quite comfortable. Continental breakfast buffet was quite limited for western food expect more Asian cuisine. Alwi always had a smile and was very helpful during breakfast time. "
