The room was clean, the staff was very helpful. Early check in was not a problem, all I did was ask if "I could check in now?" 10:00am, Not a problem. Its not a fancy place, but it was clean and it has an airport shuttle and friendly staff. Its near a RR and on a busy street. I would suggest a room in the back, preferably on the North side, away from the train.

Parking was easy, rooms a bit outdated, no bugs, it was just a little noisy. I can deal with the train sounds but the employees push a cart around and it’s so loud it woke me up. Planes also fly by as it’s near the airport.

Overall, a good experience. But obviously not a 5-star hotel. Air conditioning makes a creepy sound. But after a while we got used to it. also, the keycard we had to reactivate a couple of times. everything else on point. clean, nice personal and helpful. convenient located only 20 min with uber to the Sawgrass mall. Also, the shuttle service is nice.

Beds were made, but the rooms were dirty and dingy made noises. I did not feel safe. It was very loud outside. It was just Grimy, that's the word I take grimy.I made sure I have my shoes on it all times because it was it was just nasty.My key card stopped working after the first time.I used it crazy

Stayed the night before my cruise. And would recommend for sure. Other reviews left me questioning whether it was a good place or not, with very mixed reviews. I was very pleased with my stay. For a simple place to sleep the night before my cruise. I would like to add, Google star ratings are not the same as a hotel star ratings. Obviously this place is not a 5 star hotel. But for the price, was a very good value for what it is. Place was clean. No complaints. Good place for an affordable stay near the airport. Shower, fridge, microwave, bed was decent, good pillows, no bugs that i saw, And the cruise shuttle was easy to book through them for the morning. I do have to say the place is near a busy main road, bring ear plugs, because traffic can be loud. But this is not the fault of the hotel, and to me doesn't effect my star rating.

The room was very clean and the staff was pleasant. When I booked the reservation, I booked a king room, but there were no king rooms available at check in so that was disappointing. My husband and I ended up with a 2 queen room.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is an old hotel that has had some updates. Our room faced the main road. It was clean except the floor was sticky - may have been residual cleaner. Requested a non-smoking room, but there was definitely the odor of old smoke and air freshener attempting to cover it up. Window and door were not well insulated and road noise was very bad - including a high-speed chase at 2 am. The AC worked well and the noise from that helped a little. Would not recommend just because of the noise and smell.

My room was spotless. The lock on the door was shaky but I was able to double lock the door. The staff, not all staff was not as friendly. No one said anything about a restaurant being onsite which would have been very helpful. I appreciate the transportation from the airport. I would stay again.

Room had a musty smell and was greeted multiple times outside our room by a crack infested drug addict. Not making our stay feel safe. Watch staff try to remove her during check in. Should have just given key back and moved to another hotel
