Sorry Milo. I'm glad the free parking was your biggest disappointment. I try but cannot control the parking offenders. Wish I could ! I am sure I could have saved you all of the time you wasted looking for a car owner, should have looked instead for me. I start each day at 6am, though not always in the office before 10am, I am always on the property to answer any questions or help with any problem. You will be happy, as are most guests, knowing that I am on the property 24/7. Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, actually every Holiday.

I think you made a mistake. You must have stayed at another guesthouse.

I AM SO SORRY. Are you sure you spoke to me? I am not a person to respond in that manner. I do however have some employees that might have been short. Please forgive us and allow us a second chance. I will make a 25% discount on your next stay.

I have never had a bad review because of Akheem's personality. He is a very efficient worker and has many years experience with the public. He is very much by-the-book and sometimes we have to address people on their level to make an impression or enforce our rules. Sorry if we made you feel disrespected, that was not our intention.
