"The staff was extremely good at helping me navigate NYC. Kind and friendly. I had low expectations of the free breakfast, but it wasn't bad. I mean if you want Michelin star, stay at the Plaza. Location was great. I was able to walk to most of my destinations. Would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is extremely kind. We did notice that the floors of our room were very dusty and never seemed very clean. We also found the beds to be very dented and not comfortable. The size of the room is great and the location of the hotel is also fantastic but those are things to consider!"

"Everything was great the only thing is they checked us in early and gave us the wrong room should have had a king bed but got a full bed. It was hot and we just wanted to stay in a/c so we kept the room. But the hotel was great"

"Close to everything. Could be a lot cleaner outside smells like the homeless are using the restroom right outside 1st time in NY ok never again after that prefer something a little more outside of the city ."
