โGreat property to stop over on route to Skype or Inverness or return to Glasgow / Edinburgh - dining was excellent and the brewery own blend of gin different. The POD options add variety although we donโt stay in one.
Superb views of the hills and Loch. โ

โVery, very friendly staff! They had thought of everything, and were so happy to accommodate any requests. Laundry available for free, a list of nearby restauraunts and their menus, shared areas with games. You may run into other guests, or share the breakfast area with them. You can bring your own food and store it in the kitchen space, just be aware that other visitors have access to the shared kitchens. Bedroom was cleanโ
โBeautiful hotel, nice rooms and environment and easy to walk to the viaduc.
Very good personnel and restaurant.
Only inconvenient point, bathroom door was not closing in our room.โ
โThe glamping pods were beautiful and decently sized. The comunal toilet and shower area was kept clean and tidy. Over all it was a lovely experience. Only concern was that my 4 year old had to be restrained at all times either inside the pod, in pushchairs or in reigns as the edge of the land at entry to our pod was a steep slope, ideally this could be fenced off. When we first arrived, as a family, i mentioned to my mum that this place would be a lovely romantic getaway for a weekend however...
โThe view from our room was unbeatable! The breakfast was fabulous! The room was clean, plenty of room, and nice amenities. Owners were very welcoming. Loved this visit!โ
โthe view was astonishing. worth a one night stay. but the manager wasn't very friendly. didn't even inform when is the breakfast time or check out time etc when check-in. we asked for blanket and sheet for the sofa bed, but he unnecessarily said since we are two people staying, they didn't make the sofa bed. and reluctantly said they would send the blanket implying only blanket can be provided. but sheet and the blanket came, but i don't understand why they were reluctant to supply these cause...
โEverything about my stay at Torlinne was excellent. Breakfast cooked by Mark, room aesthetics with quirky unusual touches, spacious size room and bathroom, wonderful views, very comfortable bedding, calm atmosphere, quiet, close to bus stop. Nothing overlooked as far as comfort and quality. โ
โA really convenient stay prior to a dayโs climbing. The cafe serve evening meals and the food was really good, pleasant staff and a nice atmosphere. โ
โThese accommodations were a hidden jewel. Comfortable beds, clean linens, clean bathroom, lovely shortbread. Couldnโt ask for better accommodations for the price perfect for a stop over or as a central hub for a couple of nights.โ
"the view was astonishing. worth a one night stay. but the manager wasn't very friendly. didn't even inform when is the breakfast time or check out time etc when check-in. we asked for blanket and sheet for the sofa bed, but he unnecessarily said since we are two people staying, they didn't make the sofa bed. and reluctantly said they would send the blanket implying only blanket can be provided. but sheet and the blanket came, but i don't understand why they were reluctant to supply these cause even if we are two people, we are also free to use different bed. and the coffee pot isn't detachable and hard to plug it from where it is placed, so you have to move the whole to different place to use it. sofa bed indeed wasn't so comfortable so make sure you can handle the back sore after the night. this hotel you can say you are going for the view from your room's window.
